Kids enjoy a cool dip prior to the start of re-dedication festivities at the newly renovated Laupahoehoe Community Pool.Mark participated in community ceremonies at the Laupahoehoe pool which was was reopened following months of construction and renovations that was made possible by an initial $1 million state appropriation that recognized the importance of the pool to the program at Laupahoehoe School. The renovation involved re-tiling the pool, refinishing the outer surfaces and renovation of shower and locker facilities.
