A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the League of Cities of the Philippines and the State of Hawaii at a special ceremony held at Washington Place.  The Event, Hosted by Governor Neil Abercrombie and the Hawaii State Legislature Filipino Caucus formalized an agreement to continue to work together for future political, social, and economic cooperation between the State of Hawaii and the League of Cities of the Philippines.
