Representative Mark Nakashima hands gavel to Speaker Calvin Say following his election to lead the House of Representatives of the 25th Legislature.In accordance with the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, I was honored as Representative of the First House District, to convene the State House of Representatives at 10:00 AM this morning. After transacting several housekeeping items, the House elected Representative Calvin Say as Speaker of the House.
